Solara

Solara isn’t one community. It’s two, and only one of them was built around the amenities.

This is a community where the wrong assumption costs real money — buyers regularly don’t realize there are two distinct sides, with two very different value propositions.

The original section was built around the amenities. The other side wasn’t.

Solara’s main section was designed around its clubhouse and shared amenities from the start, and that part of the community still performs well because of it. The section across West Side Boulevard was a later extension — added on, not designed with the same amenity access, and it doesn’t carry the same value. Buyers who assume “Solara” means one uniform experience are missing a real distinction that affects performance.

In a community with two faces, knowing which one you’re buying is half the strategy.

The smaller homes here don’t outperform anywhere else. The nine-bedroom homes do.

This is a community where size matters more than it does elsewhere in the corridor. Smaller floor plans at Solara perform about the same as smaller floor plans anywhere — nothing special. If you’re looking at Solara specifically, you need to be looking at the larger homes, nine bedrooms and up, to see numbers that actually justify choosing this community over another.

That’s not a knock on Solara. It’s just the honest version of how to buy here well instead of buying here by accident.

Let’s make sure you’re looking at the right side, and the right size.

Solara can work well for the right buyer in the right section and the right floor plan. I’ll help you make sure it’s all three before you make an offer.
